MBK Leadership Wellness Program
Hi, my name is MaryBeth Koenes and I am an executive mindfulness coach. For years I have been working with executives from organizations like the University of Texas and Lightsource bp as well as a few nonprofits and youth organizations. While there are many universal leadership experiences-both positive and negative, one of the qualities that I consistently see separating the average leaders from the leaders who make a lasting impact is the ability to lead oneself. And the number one qualifying factor for whether that will be possible is self-awareness. While I incorporate emotion regulation, proficient communication, social management, growth mindset and many other core skill sets in my Leadership Wellness trainings, it never ceases to amaze me how transformative it is not just for the leaders themselves, but also for entire teams when self-awareness is developed, practiced, and promoted within the workplace. If you’re wondering if your team could benefit from learning more about self leadership, let’s discuss what tailored content we can offer your organization via in person trainings and seminars or through virtual webinars.
I created a quiz to briefly assess yourself or your team’s current operating self awareness level so you’ll know to what degree of urgency you need to get in touch with me. No matter where you are today or where you’re going this year, I am agreeing with the highest good for you and your team! I look forward meeting you soon!
