This self-paced coaching program is designed for individuals who are ready to take the next step in their personal growth journey and learn how to create a lifestyle of conscious growth.
Membership
True lifestyle changes come with practice, so MBK has designed this coaching program to create a steady rhythm of learning and integrating new skill sets. Learn from the videos as you integrate the new tools into your daily life in the days and weeks that follow. Once you feel a new tool or concept is comfortably in flow with your lifestyle (i.e. You don’t have to refer to notes in order to access it and/or you’re not regularly forgetting then remembering to use the new tool or approach), then you move to the next coaching video or work with a handful of related videos to broaden your practice and increase mastery with the full scope of the topic (i.e. Viewing 3 videos on Boundaries and spending a month taking every opportunity you notice to practice what you’ve learned).
You are in control of your learning–how much, how often, and finding a pace that works for you in every season of your life.

Meet Your Coach ✶
I specialize in trauma resolution, and specifically teach new ways to process and approach repetitive emotional and relationship cycles, set boundaries that fit YOU, and move from powerlessness (life happens TO me) to empowerment (I CHOOSE the life I want to live).
Scope of work includes: Abusive relationships, deconstructing faith/religion, self harm/suicide, grief/loss, divorce/breakups, parenting, teen clients, professional goal setting, etc.
The only prerequisite for succeeding in this mindfulness journey is having the willingness to engage and participate. If you’re open to learning new ways to approach the same old familiar experiences, you’ll find life-changing results here.
